Schopf Bros. Farms offers a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables during the summer season. We have been raising sweet corn for decades! Although the varieties of corn have changed slightly over the years, we are committed to providing the highest quality sweet corn around. We still rise before the sun (sometimes WAY before!) and head out to the field and pick our corn by hand. After loading it in the truck, we supply each farm stand with fresh corn for the day on our wagons and in the coolers. While at the very beginning of the season we do have a few things from out of state such as watermelons, we have local, homegrown items just as soon as they are in for the season. Summer just wouldn’t be complete without juicy, ripe tomatoes, peaches, sweet corn, and melons. Fresh just tastes better!
